Jawaher, Haraazi or Yemeni: which coffee is right for you?

Three coffees from the same Haraaz harvest, each with its own character. Here's how to pick yours.

All three Azora coffees come from the same single harvest in Haraaz, and every bean is sorted by hand. Each is chosen for its own character, so the right one is simply the one that suits how you drink coffee.

Specialty Jawaher: refined and clear

Jawaher means "jewels." It's the smoothest cup, with the clearest notes. Choose it if you drink coffee black, enjoy pour-over, or want something special to share or give. See Specialty Jawaher.

Haraazi: smooth and balanced

Named for the mountains it comes from. Smooth, with clear notes, and happy either black or with a splash of milk. If you're not sure where to start, start here. See Haraazi.

Yemeni: bold and full-bodied

A rich, full cup that stands up to milk, sugar and strong brewing, and to the traditional spiced Yemeni style. A great everyday coffee. See Yemeni.

Can't decide?

  • The Tasting Trio has one bag of each, to taste side by side.
  • On our home page, "Help me choose" asks three quick questions and suggests one.

All three come as 10.5 oz bags of whole bean coffee, and by the pound (1, 2 or 5 lb) roasted in our next batch.
